Pantelis Koukos holds a MΕng degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece, an M.Phil. degree in High Voltage Engineering from the Dept. of Electrical Engineering, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK, and an MBA degree from the University of Portsmouth.
Pantelis is Director of DIPA Business Solutions LTD and KPLM Ltd, both based in Cyprus, TBSN (UK) Ltd, based in London founder and partner, as business and industry expert, of Advity PC and founder of K&O Advisory Services S.A., both based in Greece.
Since 1981, he has worked as a Construction Engineer, Project Manager, and Technical Consultant in Construction, Industry, Lignite Mines, Energy, Water Management, Telecommunications, and Innovation.
He is an expert, with more than 25 years of experience in management consulting projects in the Public Sector, in matters of Strategy, Public Policy, Reorganization, Technology Integration, Public-Private Partnerships, Privatizations Co-financed Programs, Regional Development.
He was a Scientific Associate of the Universities of Patras and Strathclyde, Associate Professor of the Department. TEI of Chalkida (now the Kapodestrian National University of Athens) (total 28 years in Higher Education), serving as Head of the Department and Dean of the Technological Applications School.
He serves in several Boards of Companies, Committees, and Councils, being a member of the Board of SESMA (Greek Association of Management Consulting Firms) since 2001, President of SESMA (2011- 2015), and member of FEACO ExCo (European Federation of MC Firms) 2013-2018. Also a member of the board of the Athens Stock Exchange, Alternative Market for innovative Companies (up to 2015), member of the Council for National Strategy of Greece for the Information society and digital transformation (up to 2015), and member of the board of the Cooperative Bank, Euboea Region, Greece (up to2012)
