DIPA participates in the innovative Erasmus plus project “Cultural Risk in the Organisation in the Globalisation Era Competences vs. Reality, ref number 2018-1-PL01-KA204-051056” and the acronym Cult_Risk.

The CULT_Risk project addresses the idea of cultural awareness and the risk of culture clash in the era of migration influx in Europe. It aims at the increase of the awareness on potential cultural risks in the organisations and on acquiring the competences, which should be crucial in order the company functions effectively. There are a lot of risks in the functioning of the organisation (market, financial, legal, ecological, and political), however taking into consideration the possibility of mixing people from different cultures, a cultural risk is dominant. People from different cultures have different approach to work and they can understand many things in different manner.

RESULTS

IDENTIFICATION OF:
• Cultural risks in the organisation
• Behaviours linked with the risks, which can occur in the multi-cultural organisations
• Competences, which are linked to risks, and which would improve the behaviour of the target groups in terms of cultural attitude in the organisations

DESIGN OF:
• The training content, which enables to acquire the competences
• The methodological handbook for adult educators

DEVELOPMENT OF:
• The on-line tool enriching by mini-games addressing specific learning objectives as part of the modules, which will allow specific topics to be represented in an engaging way to emphasise on the relevant topics
